Where your donation goes
A Vision of Hope began as one person’s story of addiction, incarceration, and redemption. Launching this work — the books, website, events, and media — required real investment. Like many small, mission-driven publishers, we took on debt to get started.
Right now, donations go toward A Vision of Hope operating costs. That includes travel and speaking — getting Andrew to events, conferences, and communities where these stories need to be heard. Our first priority is also paying down high-interest debt from that launch. These gifts are not purchasing curriculum for a separate program or funding a giveaway fund — they help keep the organization going and the message moving while we work toward stability.
That means covering essentials like book production, platform costs, event travel, and the ongoing work of reaching people with addiction recovery and reentry stories. Every contribution moves us closer to paying off what we owe and building a sustainable foundation for the mission ahead.
